Job Summary

Position: General Production Worker

Experience Level: Entry Level – Mid Level

Shifts: 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift (must be open to both shifts)

Pay: $20.89/hour (+ $3 raise after 90 days )

Overtime: Good overtime available!

Job Description

As a Production Worker, you will perform a variety of general production and assembly duties in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include machine setup, material handling, visual quality inspections, and documentation of production numbers.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up machines for daily operation
• Load and unload materials to meet production goals
• Visually inspect parts for defects and perform quality checks
• Complete all paperwork and daily production logs
• Follow all safety regulations and workplace procedures

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, general labor, or assembly
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to use a tape measure
• Comfortable with hand and power tools

This is a Permanent position based out of Springfield, MO.

The pay range for this position is $20.89 - $20.89/hr.
