We’re hiring experienced Solar Sales Representative to convert qualified appointments into signed deals and drive revenue growth.
This role is built for professionals who excel at in-home or virtual presentations, objection handling, and closing high-ticket deals . You’ll work with pre-qualified appointments and guide homeowners through the process of switching to solar.

Uncapped commission structure
Typical earnings: $100,000 – $250,000+

Required
Proven experience in solar sales closing
Strong track record of closing high-ticket deals
Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
Ability to run one-call closes
Preferred
Experience with in-home sales or virtual closing environments
Background in solar financing, net metering, and incentive programs
Consistent, high-quality appointments provided
