Solar Sales Representative

Full-Time | Uncapped Commission | Six-Figure Opportunity

Job Summary

We’re hiring experienced Solar Sales Representative to convert qualified appointments into signed deals and drive revenue growth.

This role is built for professionals who excel at in-home or virtual presentations, objection handling, and closing high-ticket deals . You’ll work with pre-qualified appointments and guide homeowners through the process of switching to solar.

If you have a proven ability to close consistently and perform in a commission-driven environment , this is a high-income opportunity with strong support and lead flow.

Compensation & Earnings

  • Uncapped commission structure

  • Typical earnings: $100,000 – $250,000+

What You’ll Do

  • Run in-home or virtual solar consultations

  • Present customized solar proposals and financing options

  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-ups

  • Collaborate with setters and support teams to maximize conversions

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Proven experience in solar sales closing

  • Strong track record of closing high-ticket deals

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills

  • Ability to run one-call closes

Preferred

  • Experience with in-home sales or virtual closing environments

  • Background in solar financing, net metering, and incentive programs
