Job Description

The Senior Sales Recruiter will manage 20-30 postions at a time for exempt Sales focused positions.  Responsible for reviewing resumes,  conduct phone screen interviews with candidates, regular communication with candidates. Schedule interviews with hiring managers. Conducting follow ups with candidates and managers. Extending offers. Handling multiple hiring managers at multiple field locations.  This positoin is 100% Remote.  Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 plus years of recruiting experience in a fast paced environment
  • Supply Chain and/or sales support recruiting including Warehouse Managers, Transportation Managers, Account Executives and Territory Managers
  • Experience in the distribution and manufacturing industries highly preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Advanced technical skills using the Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with Workday and or Phenom a huge plus

salary: $45 - $50 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting for 20-30 positions for the food distribution locations, for exempt roles (Supply Chain/Sales Support).

  • Review resumes, conduct phone screen interviews with candidates, regular communication with candidates.

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers.

  • Conducting follow ups with candidates and managers. Extending offers.

  • Handling multiple hiring managers at multiple field locations.

  • May be involved in writing and placing advertising for open positions in publications; online and print.
  • Source, screen and interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills for open positions; may utilize ATS.
  • Arrange for interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessary. Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Typical years experience in field of 3-5 years. Typically holds Bachelor's Degree.
