FT Retail Sales Associate with Moses Jewelers; Seven Fields/Cranberry Twp. PA

Full-Time Jewelry Sales Associate with Luxury Retail Experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide highest quality customer service - Welcome/greet all customers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Build customer confidence by reinforcing the willingness to meet customer's needs.
• Sell. Provide information on products and/or turn over to senior sales associates.
• Process repairs as per POS system requirements.
• Assist in daily shipping following MJ standard procedures.
• Build a client base, including weekly active clientelling.
• Keep client sales and contact records for management to review.
• Contribute to team effort by helping with miscellaneous tasks, including maintaining clean glass showcases at all times, periodic light dusting, vacuuming, trash removal as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Must be outgoing, friendly, self-motivated, and dependable..
• Must demonstrate a willingness to gain and use product knowledge.
• 2 years luxury Retail Sales experience.
• Must display professional phone and people skills at all times.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to print legibly.
• Proficient typing/keyboarding and computer skills–Word, Excel; POS; digital customer communication; website product information data entry.
• Criminal history clearance and drug testing may be required.
