Responsibilities:
Assist clients in selecting and booking cruises, ensuring their travel preferences and budget are met.
Provide expert knowledge on various cruise lines, itineraries, and destinations, with a focus on Caribbean islands.
Handle all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, payments, and special requests.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Stay informed about the latest cruise industry trends, promotions, and travel regulations.
Qualifications:
Passion for cruising, with significant personal cruise experience preferred, not required. We provide the training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing time and priorities effectively.
Comfortable with technology and able to navigate booking systems and client management software.
