Regional Property Manager

Location: Carlsbad, CA

Salary: $100,000 Base + Annual Performance Bonus

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of communities in the Carlsbad, CA area. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, results-oriented leader who thrives on driving performance, developing teams, and optimizing asset value across multiple properties.

This role is ideal for someone who can operate at both a high-level strategic view and a hands-on operational level, bringing leadership, accountability, and strong financial acumen to the portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple properties within the portfolio
• Lead, mentor, and develop on-site teams to achieve operational excellence
• Drive occupancy, revenue growth, and overall asset performance
• Manage and review budgets, financial reports, and forecasting
• Partner with ownership and leadership to execute business strategies
• Ensure consistency in processes, policies, and resident experience across all sites
• Travel between properties as needed to support teams and performance goals

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Regional Managerwithin multifamily property management
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams and sites
• Strong background in budgeting, financial reporting, and asset performance
• Hands-on, solutions-oriented leader with a “boots on the ground” mentality
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, MRI, Entrata, or similar)
• Ability to travel regularly within the portfolio
