Step into a Day on Our V&V Test Team

At Connexion, we connect talented people with meaningful work and treat every candidate with professionalism and respect. As a Verification & Validation (V&V) Test Technician, your day centers on ensuring medical products are ready for regulatory approval and manufacturing release.

Your morning begins with a quick huddle alongside a team of 5 or more—Test Manager(s), Shift Lead(s), Test Engineers, and fellow Test Technicians—aligning on priorities. From there, you’ll execute clearly written test procedures, operate test equipment, and capture accurate, compliant data that stands up to FDA documentation requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Work daily within a collaborative testing group of 5+ (including Test Manager(s), Shift Lead(s), Test Engineers, and Test Technicians).
• Follow written test procedures precisely and consistently.
• Document test results so they accurately reflect test conditions and support FDA-compliant records.
• Report any anomalies discovered during test execution promptly and clearly.
• Partner with engineering personnel to support troubleshooting as needed.

• Pressure gauges

What You Bring

• At least 1 year as a test technician in a design QA or manufacturing QA environment (experience testing medical products is a plus).
• Foundational knowledge or training with common test instruments (data loggers, scales, pressure gauges).
• Background in Quality or Testing.
• Comfort following test procedures authored by others.
• Working knowledge of computer-based tasks and record keeping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiencies

• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
• Basic Computer Skills
