Job Description

Job Purpose:
The Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel and restaurants.

Key Duties:
- Manage all stages of linen processing, including collecting, transporting, sorting, loading/unloading, pressing, folding, storing, and delivering.
- Maintain the cleanliness of laundry machinery and the work area.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels.
- Respond to guest service requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Perform additional laundry services and deep cleaning duties as needed.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in laundry or janitorial services, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds independently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for the duration of a shift.
- Ability to climb stairs and navigate the property.
- Ability to remain productive in a fast-paced environment and varying conditions.

Pay Rate:
$14.00–$16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
