Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

A full-time remote opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Utah. This position focuses on providing high-quality telehealth therapy to clients who need consistent mental health support from a qualified clinical provider.

You will conduct virtual sessions, assess client needs, create treatment plans, and help clients work through personal, emotional, and behavioral concerns. The schedule is Monday through Friday, making this a steady option for clinicians looking for structure, balance, and meaningful work from home.

• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete intake assessments and gather relevant client history
• Develop, update, and follow individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Provide support for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, or life transitions
• Follow HIPAA, ethical, and state licensing requirements
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members when needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Utah
• Previous clinical therapy experience required
• Experience providing telehealth services preferred
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions
