We are currently seeking a Junior Service Advisor — an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in the automotive industry.
Position SummaryThe Junior Service Advisor is an entry-level role designed for individuals with strong customer service skills who want to learn the automotive repair process. This position supports senior advisors and assists customers with scheduling, communication, and basic service coordination.
No prior automotive experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers in person and over the phone
Assist with scheduling appointments and vehicle drop-offs
Support service advisors with repair updates and documentation
Communicate basic repair information and timelines to customers
Maintain accurate customer and repair records
Help manage daily front-desk workflow
Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience
Learn shop systems, repair processes, and service procedures
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service or retail experience preferred
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license preferred
