Internal Communication Manager - Cyber Security (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager for a global B2B Cyber Security company. This role will create and execute communication plans for a sales executive. This role will create communication content, primarily presentations and email communication and will lead the execution for the executive s quarterly town hall meetings.

This is a 2 month project (extensions very likely), 40 hour per role. Remote in the US. There is a preference for Bay Area, CA candidates who can meet at the client s offices in San Jose, when needed.

This is a w2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee, health benefits and 401K offered.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales VP s chief of staff to understand the required messages and content to be communicated.
• Create a communication plan with a sequence of messages/communication vehicles, etc.
• Create presentations for quarterly town hall meetings
• Manage quarterly town hall meetings operations
• Create and manage all internal email communications for the Sales VP, and before and after the quarter town hall meetings.

Requirement:

• 10+ years of internal communications experience at large global technology companies
• Experience with Cyber Security companies, preferred
• Ability to pull content and ideas from multiple sources and create streamlined integrated communication
• Experience managing large teams through Business Transformation
• Ability to translate complex information into digestible and compelling content
• Agile mindset that is comfortable with deadlines, fast-paced environment, and a matrixed organizational structure in a high-growth company
• Bachelors Degree

Compensation: $80.00/hr - $90/hr
