Job Description

Salary: $180,000 - 210,000 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience as a principal engineer or lead full-stack engineer
• Strong proficiency in both server-side and client-side software development
• Familiarity with cloud development, including AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
• Expertise in Test Driven Development (TDD), RESTful APIs, React, MVC frameworks, and security practices
• Strong understanding of fundamental computer science concepts, including Big O notation, pointers, and various data structures
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including CRUD operations and indexes
• Experienced working with cloud infrastructure such as AWS Lambda, ECS, EKS, or Aurora
• Commitment to delivering clean code and focusing on customer-driven solutions

• Collaborate on designing and executing system architecture, technical strategy, and engineering standards
• Lead technical initiatives across teams, ensuring alignment with architectural objectives and goals
• Develop and maintain platform-level components, services, and libraries to enhance efficiency and maintainability
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and hands-on support
• Contribute to both server-side and client-side development throughout the entire stack
• Draft and review technical design documents, system diagrams, and reference implementations
• Evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and best practices for continuous platform improvement
• Enhance system observability, performance, scalability, and security
• Share knowledge and insights to promote team growth and advancement
