Responsibilities:Elwyn seeks an Executive Director of Employee Training & Staff Preparedness , who is responsible for leading the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Elwyn’s workforce training and organizational readiness initiatives. This role ensures that employees across all levels are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to deliver high-quality, person-centered services. The Executive Director will oversee onboarding, compliance training, leadership development, emergency preparedness, and ongoing professional development programs aligned with Elwyn’s mission, values, and strategic goals.
