We are seeking a remote Executive Administrative Assistant who will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership at Paydex. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless communication across teams. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and calendar management systems to keep executives aligned and productive.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
* Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
* Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
* Organize travel arrangements and expense reports
* Track key tasks and follow-ups to ensure execution
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
**Skills & Requirements**
* 2+ years experience as an executive or administrative assistant
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
* Experience with Slack, Zoom, and productivity tools
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* High level of discretion and professionalism
