We are seeking driven, self-motivated Sales Representatives to expand our membership base within the automotive services and aftermarket industry.
This role focuses on engaging independent auto repair shops, collision centers, and service professionals, introducing them to a powerful network of business support, training, advocacy, and cost-saving resources.
This is a high-impact, commission-based opportunity designed for individuals who thrive in relationship-driven sales and want to build long-term income within a recession-resilient industry.
Prospect and connect with independent automotive repair shops, body shops, and service businesses
Present the value of membership including training programs, advocacy support, and operational tools
Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and decision-makers
Conduct virtual or in-person presentations and consultations
Manage your own pipeline, follow-ups, and closing process
Educate prospects on industry trends and how membership improves profitability and efficiency
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
You’ll be offering membership-based professional services , including:
Business training & coaching programs
Legislative advocacy and industry representation
Vendor discounts and cost-saving partnerships
Networking opportunities and industry events
Tools to improve shop performance, hiring, and retention
Strong communicator with a natural ability to build trust
Highly self-driven and comfortable working independently (1099 structure)

Organized with strong follow-up discipline
Passionate about helping small businesses grow
Sales experience (B2B, outside sales, or consultative sales preferred)
Experience in automotive, aftermarket, or service-based industries is a strong plus
Familiarity with memberships, subscriptions, or intangible services is beneficial
Existing network in the automotive space is highly advantageous
100% Commission-Based (1099)
