Job Description

Job Title: Electronics Data Clerk

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Pay Rate: Around $15/hour (negotiable based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, regular business hours

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-literate Electronics Data Clerk to join our electronic data department. This entry-level position involves handling electronic claims, managing incoming and outgoing documents, and supporting the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process electronic claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare mail for pickup each morning.
  • Manage Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) including scanning, storing, and shredding old batches.
  • Retrieve EOBs electronically as needed.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with general administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort using standard office software.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality.
  • Reliable and able to work standard Monday–Friday hours.
