Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face of Dublin Cleaners.

You greet.
You guide.
You solve problems.
You protect the brand.

Every garment. Every guest. Every time.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly

  • Receive and tag garments accurately

  • Process pickups and payments correctly

  • Communicate with production staff

  • Maintain a clean, organized counter

  • Represent the brand professionally

 

Requirements

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Professional, positive attitude

  • Detail-oriented and dependable

  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

  • Comfortable using POS systems

  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

 

Schedule & Pay

  • Full-time and part-time shifts available

  • Some evenings and Saturdays required
