Receive and tag garments accurately
Process pickups and payments correctly
Communicate with production staff
Maintain a clean, organized counter
Represent the brand professionally
Customer service experience preferred
Professional, positive attitude
Detail-oriented and dependable
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Comfortable using POS systems
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Full-time and part-time shifts available
Some evenings and Saturdays required
