This is a long-term career opportunity — not a quick-turn trainee seat.
Training Pay: $650 per week for 4–6 weeks
Solo Pay After Upgrade: $1,000–$1,400+ per week
Mileage Pay: $0.43–$0.51 CPM after training (experience based)
Stop Pay: $15 per stop once solo
Pay Schedule: Weekly direct deposit
Most trainees upgrade to solo quickly once all training benchmarks are met.

Mix of drop & hook and live load/unload

OTR Schedule: 12–14 days out with a 34-hour home reset
Operating Area: 48-state OTR after training
Home Base: Allentown, PA metro region
