Description:
Uber is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join its Uber Eats team in the Northeast region. This role focuses on building and managing partnerships with small and medium-sized restaurants, helping them grow their business through the Uber Eats platform.

The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, enjoys relationship-building, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and play a key role in expanding Uber Eats’ restaurant network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pipeline of local restaurants to build new Uber Eats partnerships
  • Conduct high-volume outreach including cold calls, emails, and in-person visits
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Negotiate contracts and establish strong long-term partnerships
  • Represent Uber Eats as a brand ambassador in the local market
  • Collaborate with account management teams for smooth onboarding of new partners
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects through multiple channels
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand restaurant listings

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach (50+ calls daily)
  • Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

  • Basic understanding of sales processes and pipeline management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in sales (full-cycle sales preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
  • Comfortable working both on the phone and in the field
