We’re looking for MANY **hungry, conversion‑driven cold callers** who can turn targeted business lists into real booked calls. This is a **commission‑only**, independent‑contractor role.
**Process:**
* Call targeted business lists (we provide a starter list + you can use your own)
* Warm up prospects and qualify interest
* Book calls by creating a meeting link and adding the appointment to our sheet
* Or send prospects to crezivanta.com/book if they prefer choosing in their own time
* Keep basic notes on booked appointments so the closer has context
No hourly work. No scripts you must follow. No micromanagement.

**Compensation**
* **Commission‑only, uncapped**
* You earn a percentage on every deal closed from the appointments you set
**7‑Day Trial Window**
Before full access, every cold caller goes through a short trial to see if the workflow fits your style.
During the trial:
* You receive a **50‑lead starter list**
* You may also use **your own leads**
* Most contractors choose to call all 50 leads so they can properly test the workflow
* The goal is to book **at least one qualified appointment**
* Any deals that close from your calls — even during the trial — earn full commission
