A growing firm is seeking a REMOTE Abestos Trust Bankruptcy Attorney. We are seeking an Attorney with Abestos litigation and Bankruptcy Trust Claims experience

Qualifications :

-3+ Years of experience

-J.D. from an accredited law school

-Active Bar license (No specific state requirement)

-Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written)

-Legal research experience

-Time management

-Strong understanding of abestos bankruptcy trusts and claims processes

Responsibilities :

-Prepare various abestos trust claims

-Develop strategies related to trust claims

-Analyze documentation to support claims

-Collaborate effectively while working remote
