**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional
* Exceptional organization and time-management skills
* Strong communication — clear, confident, and professional
* Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
* Close attention to detail with a big-picture mindset
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern tools
* Proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to take ownership
