Salary: $110,000 - 136,000 per year Requirements:

• Proven expertise in UX research with a focus on both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Familiarity with usability testing and strategic insights.
• Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in banking.
• Strong partnership skills with Design Systems teams to assess usability and visual coherence across various touchpoints.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile interaction patterns, platform conventions, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to evaluate designs impact on trust, clarity, and emotional response in financial contexts.

• Conduct end-to-end mixed methods research to guide innovation and early-stage concept development.
• Translate complex problem areas into structured research plans that influence strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure component usability and quality across the user experience.
• Focus on the visual revamping of the BDB app, incorporating research findings into design decisions.
• Analyze visual and brand expression through research to enhance user trust and clarity in high-stakes situations.
