The Opportunity We are looking for a professional, high-tenure driver to join a premier logistics team in Huntersville. This role is perfect for a driver who takes pride in reliability and has a proven track record of staying with an employer. No CDL is required, but we value the precision and safety mindset of a seasoned commercial driver. What We’re Looking For
- Proven Tenure: A stable work history is our #1 priority. We are looking for someone who builds a career, not just jumps between jobs.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles.
- Clean Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
- Bonus: A CDL (Class A or B) is not required but is considered a major plus and may qualify you for the higher end of the pay scale.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do - Safe Operation: Navigate a 16ft–26ft box truck through the Huntersville and Greater Charlotte metro area.
- Reliable Delivery: Ensure timely, accurate deliveries and pickups while providing top-tier customer service.
- Professional Upkeep: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; keep equipment clean and road-ready.
- Loading/Unloading: Safely handle freight (using pallet jacks and lift gates) with attention to detail and cargo integrity.
