Surgical Tech travel assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Specialty: Surgical Tech. Start date: 05/19/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,979 to $2,048 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 4x10 rotating. Setting: hospital operating room.

Responsibilities
- Scrub for a broad range of procedures, maintaining sterile technique and assisting the surgical team with instrument handling.
- Prepare the operating room, pre- and post-procedure patient positioning, and equipment setup.
- Pass instruments and supplies, anticipate needs, manage retractors, suction, and other intraoperative tasks.
- Support orthopedic (including total joints), neuro/spine, urology, GYN, ENT, plastics, and general surgery cases; engage with robotics-assisted procedures as applicable.
- Assist anesthesia team as needed and help with turnover to maintain OR efficiency.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements.

Requirements
- Active Colorado CST license (DORA) required
- Certification in Surgical Technology from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program
- OR scrub experience in specialties including orthopedics (total joints), neuro/spine, robotics, urology, GYN, ENT, and plastics
- Ability to work in a hospital OR setting with rotating call; willing to comply with the travel radius rule (minimum 75 miles from the assignment site)
