Position: Computer Science Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $75$83/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Author and review technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on computer science problems.
• Produce original problem sets using architecture diagrams data structure visualizations and algorithm traces .
• Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance task quality and throughput.
• Work independently and asynchronously with a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• PhD in Computer Science or MS in CS with 3 years engineering research or teaching experience or BS in CS with 5 years software engineering systems or applied CS practice.
• Working fluency in at least two of: algorithms systems databases networks theory of computation .
• Comfortable with architecture diagrams data structure visualizations and algorithm traces .
• Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
