Job Description

Salary: $94,000 - 134,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field
• Over 5 years of experience in software programming
• Experience working on Agile-based teams
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Python, Java, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and defect tracking tools
• Understanding of modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills to confidently present products, deliverables, and analyses
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage up, proactively communicate, and seek assistance when needed
• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence
• Capability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate ownership of work
• Commitment to continuous self-improvement and knowledge acquisition

• Design, develop, implement, and debug software solutions in embedded, platform, or cloud-based environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, systems, security, and testing engineers, to define requirements and interfaces
• Engage in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical planning
• Support the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, tools, and configurations
• Contribute to unit, integration, and system-level testing efforts
• Troubleshoot software, infrastructure, and performance challenges, implementing viable solutions
• Identify performance bottlenecks and execute optimizations
• Participate in design reviews, code inspections, and Agile ceremonies
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and configuration standards
• Adhere to established software development processes and configuration management protocols
