The Courville at Nashua  is a Senior Healthcare Community in Nashua, NH. We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We’re looking for   a Part-time Social Worker with LTC experience to join our dedicated staff. 

• 20 hours per week
• Flexible Hours
• M-F Schedule
• Long Term Care *experience required*
• Up to $33/hr based on experience

Job Description:

This position requires a person who has a passion for “HumanKindness and Wellness for Life”. Must enjoy working with seniors.

• Manage and coordinate all the major aspects of the patient's care
• Communicate the relevant aspects of the long-term care process to all necessary parties
• Assuring financial reimbursement for services
• Promoting adequate documentation

Qualifications:

• Experience in rehabilitation and/or healthcare
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously
