Position Purpose:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions that directly support customer and business needs. You will work within a dynamic engineering team, contributing to both technical development and system improvements while helping drive innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software solutions
• Refactor and improve existing systems to enhance performance, security, and reliability
• Build and maintain automated test suites including functional, performance, and destructive testing
• Participate in agile development processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Contribute to product design decisions, tool selection, and system architecture improvements
• Monitor production systems and ensure application stability and resilience
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical knowledge sharing
• Continuously improve development practices and delivery efficiency
• Work closely with product teams to define clear, testable, and valuable user stories
• Apply modern debugging and root cause analysis techniques to resolve issues efficiently

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of relevant software engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of Golang and object-oriented programming languages (Java preferred)
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript frameworks
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of modern software design patterns and architecture principles
• Experience implementing security, authentication, and authorization frameworks
• Strong testing skills including unit, functional, and performance testing
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Additional Information:

• No travel required
• Primarily remote role with occasional collaboration requirements
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Candidates must be 18 years or older
