***This role is based at one of our corporate offices in Dallas, TX or McLean, VA***

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a Senior Manager, Product Development, you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Hotel Level Marketing team reporting to the Director, Hotel Level Marketing Services, you will shape product strategy, translating needs and user insights into a clear product vision and roadmap.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Build and execute the technology product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Americas Marketing objectives, global initiatives, and Hilton's strategic priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver user stories, features, and QA processes addressing hotel needs.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to enable iterative, high-quality delivery.
• Use data and user insights to prioritize the backlog, identify optimization opportunities, and guide testing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Be the point of contact for hotel teams, addressing needs and resolving escalations.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Partner with internal and external (agency) teams to ship product features to improve the hotel experience and outcomes.

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Lead the development of the technology product roadmap, using data-driven insights to define milestones, identify testing opportunities, and shape strategic initiatives.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Seven (7) years of work experience.
• Five (5) years of work experience in product management, marketing technology, or related fields.
• Experience in Agile product development, tools and software (including writing user stories and managing backlogs).
• Experience using data and insights to craft compelling narratives.
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and building relationships.
• Hybrid schedule from Addison, TX or McLean, VA office (3 days per week).

It would be useful if you have:

• Familiarity with performance marketing and paid media strategy, including campaign reporting and optimization.
• Exposure to budget tracking and resource planning.
