We are seeking a Senior GRC Archer Application Lead (T1) with deep expertise in RSA Archer application requirements, development, and configuration. This role will lead end-to-end Archer solution design and implementation, working closely with senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Audit, and IT to deliver scalable and compliant GRC platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering and solution design for enterprise-wide Archer implementations and enhancements.
Translate complex business, regulatory, and risk requirements into Archer application architecture and configurations.
Own the design, development, and configuration of Archer applications including:
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
Issues Management
Audit Management
Policy & Compliance Management
Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
Design and configure advanced workflows, questionnaires, calculations, notifications, and record permissions.
Define Archer application standards, best practices, and governance models.
Collaborate with IT teams on integrations, data feeds, and automation initiatives
Ensure alignment of Archer solutions with regulatory frameworks (SOC, SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR).
Support internal and external audits by providing Archer-based evidence and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Risk Management, or related discipline.
12+ years of experience in GRC, enterprise applications, or risk/compliance platforms.
8+ years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer, including application development and configuration.
Proven experience leading Archer implementations and complex platform customizations.
Strong expertise in Archer architecture, workflows, questionnaires, access controls, and reporting.
Solid understanding of GRC frameworks, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Archer certification(s).
Experience with Archer integrations, data feeds, APIs, and automation.
Background in consulting, Big4, or large-scale GRC transformation programs.
Experience in regulated industries such as Banking, Healthcare, or Insurance.
