What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures access control duties and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify visitor and contractor authorization and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive screening and documentation practices.
• Respond to incidents tenant concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies common areas parking areas and the exterior perimeter to identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs visitor records and incident reports and support daily operations with clear communication and professional presence at assigned access points.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
