As a Security Officer Armed Response Driver in Oregon OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and/or personnel by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned facilities access points parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access to restricted areas verify credentials and/or permissions and report unusual conditions policy violations and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence completing required reports and following post orders related to rail yard terminal and/or transportation property activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of law enforcement military police and/or corrections experience.
• An armed guard card and/or license is required.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
