Who are you?
You're a strategic and adaptable communicator, you build strong relationships and embody an entrepreneurial spirit and process-driven mindset.
You have a strong understanding of qualification processes and know how to motivate and inspire potential customers to schedule and show up to meetings with AEs. You are a quick learner and love to receive coaching and apply it immediately. You are well organized and know how to prioritize your day to handle a full workload. You enjoy a fast-paced, start-up environment and like to contribute your feedback to make a difference.
Responsibilities
1. Own top-of-funnel engagement for trial and inbound leads through high-quality calls, emails, and messaging that drive curiosity and qualification.
2. Convert free-use and trial users into sales-ready opportunities by understanding their workflows, challenges, and evaluation stage.
3. Re-engage nurtured, closed-lost, and churned accounts with tailored outreach that sparks new interest.
4. Maintain clean, actionable CRM notes that give GTM leadership insight into customer trends and friction points.
5. Recover pipeline by actively following up on no-shows and warm leads to quickly reschedule meetings.
6. Collaborate with Account Executives on discovery, handoff, and pipeline strategies - including joining AE calls to learn and grow.
7. Provide feedback on messaging, sequences, and trial experience to continuously improve conversion.
8. Support instant meeting creation when prospects and AEs are mutually available, improving speed-to-lead.
This is a hybrid role working Tues, Wed and Thurs in our Austin office and Mon and Fri working remote.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. 1–2 years of SDR/BDR or phone-based sales experience with a proven record of hitting targets.
2. Strong cold-calling foundation - comfortable making 100+ calls/day and driving real conversations.
3. CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) with disciplined, clean, and structured note-taking.
4. Highly coachable, open to feedback, and able to implement improvements quickly.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear, concise follow-up and effective discovery.
6. Comfort operating in a KPI-driven environment with clear expectations around activity and pipeline creation.
7. Ability to quickly understand prospect workflows and pain points to make fast, high-quality qualification decisions.
8. Bias for action - fast follow-up, proactive outreach, and high urgency in managing inbound/trial leads.
9. Ability to work effectively with AEs and support smooth handoffs that drive pipeline momentum.
10. Comfort in a fast-paced SaaS or startup environment with frequent iteration and evolving processes.
Bonus Points:
1. Prior work in trial-to-paid or PLG-style motions, converting users who are already inside the product.
2. Background selling to SMB or field-service industries (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, construction, etc.).
