·       Provide technical feedback from field deployments to improve product reliability and usability.

·       Help build documentation, training materials, and best practices for customers and integrators.

Minimum Skills & Abilities

·       Experience interfacing software with hardware systems.

·       Programming experience in Python, C#, C++, or similar languages.

·       Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

·       Experience troubleshooting technical systems involving both hardware and software.

·       Familiarity with industrial safety systems is a plus.

·       Experience with robot platforms such as ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Universal Robots, Yaskawa, or similar is a plus.

·       Experience with Linux systems is a plus.

·       Experience creating technical documentation or installation documentation is a plus.

·       Strong troubleshooting and practical engineering skills.

·       Comfortable working across software, hardware, and industrial systems.

·       Ability to communicate clearly with customers, integrators, and engineers.

·       Comfortable working independently in customer environments.

·       Ability to handle ambiguous technical problems and adapt quickly.

Comfortable working in a startup environment where responsibilities span multiple disciplines

Minimum Education & Experience
