Just Got Your CDL… But Don’t Want to Live on the Road? If you want a role where you’re not stuck in a seat all day — this is it. In this role, you’ll handle yard operations and local equipment deliveries — no long hauls, no over-the-road grind. You’ll spend part of your time making local deliveries, and the rest keeping everything running smoothly in the yard. This role gives you the best of both worlds: ✔ Stay local (home every night)✔ Get hands-on with equipment✔ Some driving — but not all driving Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (your evenings & weekends are free!) What You’ll Do

• Perform checks to ensure equipment is clean, safe, and rent-ready
• Handle local deliveries and transfers (no long-haul driving)
• Load, secure, and unload equipment safely
• Work closely with team members and customers during pickups and returns
• Help maintain a safe yard and report any issues
• Support the rental, service, and parts teams with yard operations

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma or GED
• A valid CDL Class A license and acceptable driving record
• Someone who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically able to handle lifting, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling
• A safety-first mindset with integrity and reliability
• A team player who doesn’t mind jumping in wherever needed
