About the Role

This position combines  customer service with consultative sales . You’ll connect with clients who have requested information and guide them through benefit options that fit their needs.

At its core, this role is about  helping people—building trust, providing clarity, and delivering real solutions .

✔ No cold calling – clients request information
✔ No high-pressure sales – service and education come first
✔ Full training and mentorship provided

What You’ll Do

• Connect with clients via phone and virtual platforms
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Educate families on available financial and benefit options
• Assist clients through the application process
• Build long-term relationships based on trust and service
