Exciting Opportunity: Regional Property Manager – Affordable Housing
Location: Sacramento, CA
CORY is hiring a strategic, mission-driven Regional Property Manager to oversee operational performance across a portfolio of senior affordable housing communities totaling 700+ units.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Provide leadership across a portfolio of senior housing communities, ensuring consistency in operations, financial performance, and service standards.
Guide and support onsite leadership, helping drive accountability, team development, and overall property performance.
Review property-level performance data and identify opportunities to improve occupancy, collections, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to align on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term asset performance strategies.
Ensure adherence to all applicable housing regulations and internal policies across the portfolio.
Visit communities regularly to assess operations, identify gaps, and support teams in executing improvement plans.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
5+ years of property management experience, with at least 3 years at a regional or senior-level management position.
Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations and compliance (LIHTC and HUD)
Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams across multiple sites
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics
Perks and Benefits You’ll Receive:
Base salary of $110k- $120k/year + bonus
