Regional Property Manager – Multifamily

Location: Inland Empire & San Gabriel Valley, CA

Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 Base

Full-Time | Leadership Role | Multi-Site Portfolio

We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities throughout the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley. This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to on-site teams while ensuring each asset meets or exceeds financial, operational, and service performance goals.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong financial acumen, deep knowledge of California housing regulations, and a proven ability to build and support high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop on-site property management and maintenance teams
  • Drive performance across a multi-site portfolio, ensuring financial and operational goals are met or exceeded
  • Analyze property performance and implement practical, results-driven solutions
  • Partner with ownership to provide insights on asset performance and financial outcomes
  • Prepare, review, and execute annual operating budgets
  • Review and approve capital expenditures and non-budgeted expenses
  • Develop and oversee marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy
  • Ensure strong maintenance operations and preventative maintenance programs
  • Step in to resolve escalated resident issues as needed
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support ongoing team development
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and meetings with ownership, investors, and lenders

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of Regional Property Management experience (multifamily)
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and California landlord-tenant laws
  • Experience managing multi-site portfolios with full P&L responsibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
  • Experience with AppFolio
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to solve problems and drive property performance
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • California Real Estate Sales License required
  • Strong understanding of state and local housing regulations
