Job Description

Rose’s Restaurant Group is seeking creative, passionate, and talented individuals to join our super awesome team. We are in the “making people happy” business, we just happen to serve great food and offer next-level hospitality. We work hard, make people happy, and have fun while we are doing it! 

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our James Beard award winning team for the restaurant group that is comprised of Michelin starred restaurants: Rose’s Luxury, Little Pearl, and Pineapple and Pearls, and our international events company, Extra Fancy.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing and sorting resumes for front of house and back of house hourly positions
  • Applicant outreach via Culinary Agents
  • Screening potential candidates via preliminary phone calls
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews
  • Following up with candidates and shop managers after interviews for feedback and next steps
  • Updating the Internal Job Board
  • Spreadsheet Maintenance
  • Reference Checks
  • Additional administrative tasks as assigned
