Position Overview As a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent , you'll help customers find the best coverage for their auto, home, and renters insurance needs. No prior experience is necessary — we provide complete training and licensing support to help you become a licensed insurance professional. Key Responsibilities * Assist clients in selecting and purchasing property and casualty insurance policies * Provide accurate quotes from multiple carriers and explain policy details clearly * Build relationships with customers and provide excellent service before and after the sale * Manage renewals, payments, and policy changes * Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn * Basic computer and data entry skills * Bilingual in Spanish and English is a strong plus * Must be willing to complete insurance licensing training (provided by the company) Compensation & Benefits * Starting pay: $16-$18 per hour (based on experience) * Commission opportunities once licensed (can Raise your pay to equivalent to almost $30.00/hr!) * Paid training and licensing assistance * Career growth with a nationally recognized brand * Supportive, team-oriented environment
