We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Power BI Developer to join our expanding data analytics team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about data visualization, business intelligence, and report automation using Microsoft Power BI.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience through real-time projects, structured training, interview preparation, and ongoing career mentorship to build a strong foundation in Power BI development and data analytics.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI based on business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert raw data into actionable insights.
Connect Power BI to multiple data sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, and APIs.
Develop and optimize data models to ensure high performance and accuracy.
Create DAX measures and implement data transformations using Power Query (M language).
Maintain data integrity, consistency, and visual clarity across dashboards.
Support automation of reporting processes and assist with ad-hoc data analysis.
Participate in live projects, data storytelling sessions, and professional development activities.
Required Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in Power BI or a related data analytics role.
Strong understanding of dashboard design and data visualization best practices.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL, Excel, DAX, and Power Query (M).
Understanding of data modeling concepts and ETL processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow in business intelligence and analytics.
