Sterilite is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support a variety of graphics, packaging, retail, and marketing initiatives. Position Summary The Junior Graphic Designer supports the Graphics and Marketing teams across a range of production-focused projects, with an emphasis on image cleanup, asset preparation, and maintaining visual consistency. This role works closely with Graphics, Photography, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure all visual assets are accurate, production-ready, and delivered on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Production & Image Support Execute high-volume image editing and cleanup, including background removal, color correction, retouching, and file formattingPrepare production-ready assets for web, print, packaging, and internal useEnsure consistency and accuracy across all visual deliverables Asset Management & Organization Maintain organized libraries of product images, templates, and design filesUpdate and manage existing assets to reflect product or branding changesFollow file naming conventions and version control best practices Packaging & Label Support Assist in the production and revision of packaging files and product labelsImplement updates to existing layouts with a high level of precisionPrepare final files according to print and production specifications Marketing & Content Support Support creation of marketing materials such as product graphics, sell sheets, and digital assetsAssist with resizing and adapting designs for various platforms and formatsCollaborate with team members to fulfill content requests efficiently Quality Control & Process Support Review work for accuracy, alignment, and adherence to brand standardsFollow established workflows and contribute to improving production processesManage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Creative Contribution (Secondary Focus) Provide input on layout and design improvements when appropriateSupport small-scale design projects with guidance from senior team members
