**Job Title: Home Health Aide and Personal Care Aide**
**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to join our healthcare team. In these roles, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes, enhancing their quality of life and ensuring their comfort and safety.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities, such as walking and exercising.
- Plan and prepare meals according to dietary specifications.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and respectful relationship.
- Follow specific care plans and report any changes in clients' conditions to healthcare supervisors.
- Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed medical care plans.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Understanding of basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards.
