**Job Title: Home Health Aide / Personal Care Aide**
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to join our dynamic caregiving team. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes, helping them to maintain independence and improve their quality of life. You will be an essential part of our clients' daily lives, offering both physical assistance and emotional support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily living activities.
- Monitor and record any changes in clients' health status and report to the supervising healthcare professional.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, meal preparation, and dishwashing to ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or visitations as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety standards in compliance with company protocols and client requirements.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a home health aide or personal care aide is desirable.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are often required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and families.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
