Job Description 24 Ford of Easton is seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the sales floor, desk deals, and mentoring our sales team to achieve both volume and gross profit targets. We are looking for a "hands-on" manager—someone who isn't afraid to get in the mix, close deals, and ensure every guest who walks through our doors receives a world-class experience. Pay $100,000 - $150,000 per year ● Earning potential is commensurate with experience and departmental performance. Work Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in Automotive Sales Management (Required).
  • Ability to commute to Easton, MA.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM and DMS systems (vAuto and DealerTrack experience is a plus).
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales Team: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Consultants.
  • Desk Deals: Structure and close deals for both New and Pre-Owned vehicles with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring vehicles are retail-ready and properly merchandised online.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics to ensure the dealership meets and exceeds manufacturer and internal goals.
  • Customer Relations: Resolve customer concerns and ensure 100% adherence to our "guest-first" standards.
  • F&I Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure a smooth transition from the sales floor to the business office.
  • Training: Conduct regular sales meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to sharpen the team's closing and lead-management skills.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success as an Automotive Sales Manager or F&I Manager.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Deep understanding of dealership financial statements and inventory turn.
  • High level of integrity and a commitment to transparent business practices.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
