Job Description:
Front-end engineer responsible for building and optimizing scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks and tooling.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Architect, develop, and maintain customer-facing web applications
Build and optimize applications using React and Next.js
Configure and manage front-end platforms including Vercel and related infrastructure
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, and engineers in an agile environment
Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Debug and resolve performance and production issues
Contribute to front-end architecture and system design decisions
Improve developer experience through tooling and workflow enhancements
Mentor team members and participate in code reviews

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

4 years of front-end development experience
Strong expertise in React and Next.js (production-level experience required)
Hands-on experience with Vercel (builds, caching, edge logic, redirects)
Proficiency in modern front-end tools (TypeScript, Tailwind, Vite, Turbopack, etc.)
Experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity or similar)
Experience with Node.js, REST APIs, and modern web architecture
Strong understanding of performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
Experience debugging production issues using monitoring tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent bootcamp experience

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in fintech or fast-paced product environments
Knowledge of SEO and modern web optimization strategies
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Experience with monorepo architectures
Familiarity with feature flag tools (e.g., LaunchDarkly)
Experience using AI-assisted development tools
