We are seeking an experienced Data Center Foreman to lead structured cabling and infrastructure installation projects in mission-critical environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can supervise crews, maintain high quality standards, and keep projects on schedule in active data centers.
Lead and supervise data center technicians on structured cabling projects
Oversee cable pulling, routing, dressing, termination, and testing (copper & fiber)
Read and interpret blueprints, rack elevations, and cable schedules
Coordinate daily work activities and ensure productivity targets are met
Enforce safety standards and conduct job site safety briefings
Ensure installations meet TIA/EIA and company quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
Serve as the on-site point of contact for project managers and clients
5+ years of structured cabling/data center experience
2+ years in a foreman or crew lead role
Strong knowledge of copper and fiber optic installation practices
Experience working in live data center environments
Ability to manage crews, timelines, and multiple priorities
OSHA 10/30 preferred
BICSI certification preferred
