Job Description

Position

Key Responsibilities:

Event conceptualization, production and execution - Strategize annual events calendar to achieve company’s objectives. - Coordinate with Paris on events guidelines - Conceptualize events according to the business needs - Evaluate and adjust events according to actual outcomes - Provide debrief on projects with detailed HIT list of outstanding issues - Update competitors report systematically - Manage event pops inventory Events budget management - Manage company events budget - Ensure POs are created on time according to the company policy - Conduct post event budget and expense analysis Vendor Management - Coordination with outside vendors (design, production and F&B) - Constantly search for new event agencies - Submission and follow up on accounts payable to outside vendors Team Management - Develop team members and ensure set objectives are achieved




Principle Qualifications

  • 5 years related working experience. excellent organizational and planning skills and ability to multi-task. Good time management for emergencies and priorities;

  • Good interpersonal and professional skills;

  • Detail and follow-up with strong execution skills;

  • Must be a strong self-starter, devoted attitude & willing to take up extra workload within peak periods. Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;

  • Excellent problem analysis & solving skills;

  • Fluent English in both oral and written;

  • Skilled use Microsoft Office.
