Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting project managers and contributing to the successful execution of various projects across different departments. As a Project Coordinator, you will be involved in the planning, execution, and monitoring phases of projects, providing essential administrative support and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in the planning and execution of projects.
  • Coordinate project schedules and track progress against project milestones.
  • Organize project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting minutes.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and support.
  • Monitor project budgets and assist in resource allocation as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
